This past weekend, I got my gym membership back.
I am now at a point where I don’t know what to do anymore to lose all this weight I’ve gained since being unemployed. I just need to be nipped in the butt and not half ass things.
After 3 weeks of hurting my ankle and getting shin splints from running in the bluenose 10k, I am finally injury free. I was also adjusting to working full time again and getting on a proper schedule with waking up and taking care of my dog. I have also learned that my job makes me make bad choices in food and that I need to bring clean eats to the office. Today I am starting strong and getting back into my groove. I will make the next couple of months the best they can be. I am back!

Help! I am still having shin splints since Sunday. When will the pain go away? Is there a fix that I do not know about?
Yesterday ran 10K.
Today all I want to do is eat my weight in chips and cookies while watching Duck Dynasty.
I officially hate seeing the words “cheat day” or “cheat meal”.
They should be called “reward day” or “reward meal” due to working your butt off and sticking to a routine.

New running schedule in progress and basically starting from the beginning. Ankle is better and ready to knock off some km’s later today. 20 Days until Bluenose. Gonna push through it.
