Eating healthy done right today. No breads, limited sugars and no dairy, except for the soy cheese on my burger.

The past few weeks has been a blur. Between applying to jobs like crazy, working a temp job and purging junk - I had a lot of excuses not to work out or eat Paleo/Whole30. I also realized my stomach is messed up from getting back introducing dairy and carbs back into my diet.
I am getting back into eating better today and started training for the Bluenose 10K Marathon that is happening in May. I will make this week awesome.

Whole 30: Day 4
Also known as doing nothing with Kingsley all day and dinner with a dear friend. No workouts or anything else fancy. It felt ok. -

Whole 30: Day 3
This morning I woke up with a terrible headache. I woke up early as well because I was attended my first Bodypump class at my gym with a couple of girlfriends. It was intense and I loved it. My best part of my day was test driving cars, it curbed the muscle pain for the afternoon. I honestly feel like if I can get through this week, the next few will come easy. I also had my first eat out at restaurant experience, which I asked a lot of questions to the server about sauces and spices which she was happy to answer. I come to find out that it’s really slim pickings when it comes to eating out.

Whole 30: Day 2
So I am sick and all I want is carbs and tea with milk and sugar. I am seriously doubting that I can do this for 30 days at this point. I feel like I am gaining weight as well from eating all this meat. I think this is the flu getting to me.
