I had a great talk with my personal trainer on Thursday and made me focus a lot about what I am eating and gave me a huge reality check. I haven’t been counting calories or looking at the portion sizes. After analyzing all of my factors of my 2 month weight gain, I have been eating under 1200 calories, been severally stressed out/depressed and haven’t been drinking any water.
He logged into Myfitnesspal account and changed a lot of things for me, my calorie intake and he increased my protein and changed how I logged my items. For the next few months I will be logging everything I eat and switching up my gym action plan. I have committed to run the Bluenose 10K in May with someone who just started running and I plan on supporting her throughout the entire race.
I am hoping to get back in shape to where I was 1.5 years ago and cut the unnecessary crap that is holding me back.
